Seeka Group of India and Chenhan Intelligence sign a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou

On December 1st, Mr. Patil, President of Seeka Group in India, and Mr. Liu Jinquan, Chairman of Chenhan Intelligence, signed a cooperation agreement at the Hangzhou headquarters of Chenhan, confirming a comprehensive strategic partnership. Seeka Group has vast land, several schools and factories, electric vehicle and charging station industries in India, and its president, Mr. Patil, is a candidate for governor in the surrounding area of Mumbai. The signing of strategic cooperation marks a new height for the two rounds of Chen Han's overseas business.

Accompanied by Chen Han throughout the entire process, the Seeka management team spent three days successively inspecting Chen Han Taizhou Company, upstream and downstream supply chain manufacturers, and Chen Han Hangzhou headquarters. The two sides determined the order requirements for multiple vehicle models, instruments, and components and reached the following important cooperation terms:

1. Chenhan provides Seeka with the latest and complete series of innovative products such as intelligent instruments, 4G positioning terminals, tire pressure sensors, and localized APP, Internet background operations and other services;

2. Seeka will further increase the number and proportion of vehicle models adopting Chenhan intelligent solutions, and increase the promotion of Chenhan intelligent vehicle solutions in India;

3. Chenhan became Seeka's main trading partner in Chinese Mainland, integrating supply chain resources and providing export logistics services for Seeka in Chinese Mainland;

4. Chenhan will make full use of the industrial chain resources in Chinese Mainland and work with Seeka to create smart motorcycle parts and vehicles more suitable for travel and sales in India

5. Chenhan will provide necessary technical support and reserves for Seeka to obtain EU and local Indian certification for electric motorcycles.

6. Seeka will provide office space and various end-to-end assistance and services for Chenhan's landing and commercial development in its Indian branch.

7. Seeka will fully utilize Chenhan's chips, software, hardware products, Internet of Things and other technological products to apply to its new energy four wheel, shared charging stations and other industries.

This cooperation, through complementary advantages, fully utilizes Chenhan's technological accumulation in the field of electric vehicle intelligence and Seeka's influence in India. The resources of both sides will be maximized, not only bringing new development opportunities to both sides, but also injecting new vitality into the comprehensive promotion and popularization of intelligent electric motorcycles in India.
